4 days into the New Year already! I wonder how it's been for everyone?
I haven't really started on any NYResolution list, though I have already made a few resolutions.
I got back from Bangkok on 31 Dec, at night, and headed soon after to church for Watchnight, which is our countdown!
Anyway, I just thought I'd write a few blog entries on my vacation to Seoul, Korea!
I didn't really take many photos... I think I just don't have the habit for spontaneous photo-taking? ^^;;
DAY 1:
Day 1 was already 24 December, even though we left Singapore on 23rd night. We arrived in the morning... I spent the night watching Pride & Prejudice and reading British VOGUE. There was an article on One Direction in the magazine, and I thought I'd try to match the names to faces, based on the description of the members in the article. I failed. I only got Zayn correct. orz
Well, then after arriving in Seoul, my dad went to rent a portable Wi-Fi device (that's why I was so active on Twitter/Insta and Whatsapp, haha! Even posted a few FB updates xP) then we had somewhat of a breakfast at a cafe in the airport before heading to a waterpark. The waterpark was in the city and it's apparently one of the best waterparks? (In the city I assume, because what can beat Caribbean Bay?) SO! You know those towels that you see on the heads when you watch K-drama or Happy Together(Is that the variety show? Not sure if it's right)?? Our tour guide taught us how to fold one heehee. Anyway I didn't go play in the pools, I just stayed at the. Um. I forgot what it's called, but again, you should have seen it in some K-dramas hoho. It's a public space, where you wear a blue tee + shorts, with the towel on your head, and then you can sit there and talk etc. Yeah anyway, I just stayed there. And had a half an hour nap after going in and out the saunas lol. My dad went to find me at 1 and then we had lunch in the waterpark. After that, we headed to the hotel (COEX Intercontinental Seoul), had another nap, before going off to dinner~ Had steamboat. :D Then there was still some time left, so we could go Myeongdong shop~ =w= bought some CDs and beauty products (and got alot of samples lol). Pretty much know my way around Myeongdong now. It's quite straightforward anyway. This is like my 3rd year there I think.
OH. And it snowed that night!! Finally! White Christmas! Yeah, the previous times I've been to Korea it never snowed. There was once it snowed, but it was a bit. Another year, it snowed. After Christmas. And through the night so I didn't get to see it... But last year it snowed and I saw it =w=
Day 2:
YAY WHITE CHRISTMAS! Super happy hahaha. Anyway that day was the day we headed to the ski resort! We went Phoenix Ski Resort, and boy, there were alot of tourists. Many Singaporeans, and also one of my dad's tour groups, and many many Thai people.
My sister and I snowboarded, but I didn't snowboard alot. Because I suck lol. TBH I discovered the secret of snowboarded after a while, then decided that it's too much for my legs to handle because it (HURTS SO DAMN FREAKING BAD LIKE OMFG MY MUSCLES ARE BURNING) hurts for my legs to maintain the semi-squat position so I decided I'd ski instead. I need to exercise more.. orz
Anyway, Day 3 and 4 were also spent at the ski resort, so nothing much to report. Day 5 we left in the morning and headed for Everland~! It was cold, but better than the previous year. But because it snowed before, some rides were closed. Sat only a few rides, looked around at souvenirs (and didn't buy any lol) and took a few pictures~ The main attraction there was the Christmas Fantasy parade sometime at 2? Yeah. Left Everland just as the sun was about to set, at 5PM, and headed to Myeongdong area again (LOTTE Departmental Store) for dinner~ After dinner, went to the Duty Free area downstairs in the departmental building store to buy some cosmetics~ Crazy. At stores where the brand isn't available outside Korea, the crowd was like siao. And I pretty much had my impression of Chinese-speaking countries degraded. Seriously ah, cannot stand them sia. Not sure where they were from, maybe some parts of China or Taiwan. And then there was this guy was raged at something like seriously? Anyway, there also wasn't much stuff I wanted to buy there so after getting some stuff my sister and I decided to hit the actual stores in Myeongdong St. MUCH LESS packed and so much better.
My sister and I bought quite a few items and I also bought 1 more CD ^^;
The next day we were gonna fly to Bangkok for something like a getaway (usually we go there to shop like mad and eat dinner with my dad's friends but last year was just dinner because I wanted to shop in SG) but we had to leave the hotel at 5AM. (SIAO) so I didn't sleep at all. And since we had Wi-Fi I spent the entire night being a fangirl (LOL!!) Watched the last episode of K (all the feels!! ;A;) and spent time on NND, yeah. So I pretty much KO-ed on the plane later. Was super unglam the entire time in the airport, yawning and all that. When I got on the plane my sister and I just KO-ed man. Zzzz all the way til we arrived over Bangkok's skies.
And that concludes my family vacation to Seoul! There isn't anything to blog about Bangkok actually, so yeah, no entries on that!
Sorry if the post is not detailed enough. AND SORRY FOR THE LACK OF PHOTOS D:

Hello!
So yesterday, I went out to Orchard to eat and walk around and decided to try out the confectionaries at Paris Baguette for the first time! The last time I went there, it was way too crowded for me to want to buy anything. The crowd was rather overwhelming.
So I thought I should try again yesterday and it was pleasantly crowd-less, but there were people sitting in the cafe of course. So now Wisma Atria has 3 levels of cafes lol. No photos, because my phone can't connect to my Mac. I should get a less bulky camera. Really want the Olympus PEN E-3 (because of the art filters)!
The breads were of lesser variety than the 1st time I visited (by half lol) but I didn't feel like eating bread so I decided to look at the cakes! *w* Lovely selection they have there. They were slightly higher-priced compared to other similar shops/bakeries but went ahead and bought 2 slices and a pudding. orz Cost me $19.50.
I bought a lemon cake-tart and a strawberry mille-crepe! I love mille-crepes! They are one of my favourite desserts, and they are relatively easy to make, if you know how to make crepes.
The mille-crepe layers were quite thick and dense for crepes, but still thin. I would say that each layer was about 2mm? And there were strawberry slices, cream and pieces of sponge cake in-between! Quite easy to eat, but after I went through half of it, the mille-crepe started falling apart and I ate it, lol. But it was nice :3 There's something about the flavour of the mille-crepe that didn't really sit quite right with me though, but I am a fussy person.
Next, the lemon cake-tart. I say cake-tart because traditional tart fillings are more of a moist, jelly kind of filling, but this one was a cake. Like an actual sponge cake sitting on top of the tart crust. And it was a sponge cake layered with lemon mousse. The lemon was super refreshing, really nice and light and the tart was nicely firm but crumbly :3 more delish.
The pudding. I did not like it, to be honest. The top was nice and firm but as I dug deeper it started to feel more like melting tau huey or something. And the caramel sauce was really watery. And it didn't have much of a taste as well :/ Had to make myself finish the pudding. Didn't have nice consistency of a pudding. Disappointed.
But packaging for takeaway was superb! They put the pudding in a insulation bag (like when you buy Royce chocolates) with a packaged piece of ice next to it. And for the cake, they have triangle "walls" to put in the box so that the cake doesn't fall on its side, and they also add a piece of ice in the box with it.
Well, I guess that concludes my Paris Baguette experience. It's really popular here. Not sure if it's because it's Korean or what. I should go to a Paris Baguette cafe in Korea too. I went in a small one at the airport last year and it was meh. And I've been wanting to try its stuff since 2 years ago when our car drove past a Paris Baguette on the way to the hotel. And I saw it last year as well. I think I can recognise roads in Korea already, lol. And it's not as if I'm a direction-idiot, hahaha.
So concludes this post. Byeeee~Labels: 2012, life, paris baguette
Hello hello~
AFA 2012 is over! Yeah AFA is over, it was super awesome :D
The humidity was killing me on both days though...Especially today, haha because I had makeup on lol.
Alright anyway, SATURDAY:
Arrived just after noon. Walked around Festival grounds for awhile before heading to Stage to catch K! :D K presentation was awesomeeeeee. KANAME's cosplay!! After watching Ep 5 I totally fell in love with Fushimi LOL. At first Yata was my favourite character, now Fushimi has totally upped him lolol (oooh burn). Anyway, during the K presentation, Danny Choo was the host, and for the first fifteen minutes they played a summary of what transpired during the last 6 episodes that have been aired. After that was a Q&A with the producer Go Nakanishi, and also for the peeps who don't know what K is about, an introduction of the story and the characters. There was also a video of the K web radio (Called KR). BUT! The web radio that was screened was a special, just for the fans outside of Japan! =w= It was interesting. And informative haha.
And then there was the cosplay contest, where the winner gets to go to Japan for the K event over there! And KANAME said that if he's free he'll bring that person for ramen, lol! There were a few Kuroh and Shiro cosplayers, and 2 Seri cosplayers. Ahh and I think it's really cool if Yata cosplayers can actually skateboard :/ But meh, that's just my opinion. AND. There was a super cool and really good Fushimi cosplayer! :D
Alright. Then after the K presentation, I went back to walking around the festival grounds. Didn't really get to do much (except spend money lol). Couldn't walk around too much as well, there were some booths I didn't manage to check out. Sword Art Online (SAO) booth was crazy though. The queue was insane! MAD! CRAZY! Like totally. Wow. SAO is way too popular.
COSPLAY CROWD FOR SATURDAY:
A lot of KuroBas. Saw a tall (real height) Murasakibara. As for the rest, they were short... with platforms... lol. Some of them were guys as well, and with platforms they only hit my height lol (my guess based on their surroundings). But the cosplay was good! Esp this Midorima who was actually a guy.
I heard there were a few Kirito (SAO) but I didn't see any.. But there were quite a few Ciel cosplayers. Mm, a few Vocaloid, heard that one of them is a friend of my friend. There was a really cool England cosplay! And Prussia + Genderbent Prussia. Nicenice.
Next next, to SUNDAY:
I only went for Marble Collection, so I didn't go in AFA today. Saved myself alot of money, it would seem, haha, thanks to my friend, who didn't really want to go in. She came just for Marble Collection. Marble Collection was also really great. It wasn't really how I expected it to be, so I'm not sure whether that's good or bad, but it was still a great show! Especially the part where they modelled Gothic Lolita clothing omg! All so pretty! The dance performances were also really good! And there was this super fan (of the dancers I assume) who was super enthu, he was swinging his lightsticks around dancing along to the dances. Somehow, it made me *sweatdrop* haha...
COSPLAY CROWD FOR SUNDAY:
A lot of Vocaloid this time round, lol. There was a full (almost; missing Luka) Senbonzakura group AND THEY WERE SUPER ACCURATE. Especially the shoes! I didn't really expect their shoes to follow the illustration/character design but THEY DID. Really take my hats off to them. Admire them sia!! They would be by far the best Senbonzakura cosplay I've seen just because of the shoes.
And there was also a Sailor Moon group cosplay, which was missing the title character, strangely. Maybe she was late, who knows. But, their shoes were also accurate. Just like the manga/anime. I heard they were foreigners, but anyway.
AND there was a Miketsukami (Inu x Boku SS) WITH THE TAILS THE TAILS THE TAILS. I really admire these kind of cosplayers sia. Especially those who cosplay kimono-type costumes, or those with large props like wings or BRS cannon. I wanna cosplay this kind of costume in future sia....
Right, and what other cosplays were there... Mmm. Well, can't really remember/name all of them. But cosplay crowd/quality for Sun was definitely better than Sat :p
Alright, I shall end the AFA event round-up post here. Byeee~Labels: 2012, afa, cosplay, life
Lol this is becoming some AFA countdown. But AFA is one of my top events to go to. I just like it a lot, probably because it was the first event I cosplayed at? EOY also has a special place in my heart, because it was the first event I went to. (2008, so it was the "old" EOY) I'm still supporting EOY now even though they're a new team now!
KiraCandy will have a booth at EOY, if you follow EOY's updates on FB, it's called "Sweet Wonderland" haha. Details aren't out yet on what we will be doing, but I won't be there as a KC Girl, because I will be cosplaying. Will drop by and play with the girls whenever I'm bored though, lol!
Anyway, the other day (Tues?) I went to Kinokuniya. Bad move, stupid decision, because I squandered like half of my allowance in that trip. Uh-huh, a bad move, especially with AFA in the weekend. Counting my money and I'm like, "I can't buy anything during AFA... ;_;" aka story of my life. Haha. I almost never have enough money during events to buy things. Sorry, I haz poor money management.
But what I bought were Popteen December issue and Danmaku Yumesuke October issue (and the 6th issue apparently). I almost died reading Danmaku because the magazine is like 80% Japanese text. Actual standard Japanese, not slang like Popteen (and lots of katakana and random English words lol). I read 10 pages and I think I've hit my limit on the amount of Japanese I can read per day, lol!
But, anyway, firstly, for those who don't know what Danmaku Yumesuke is, from what I gather based on its contents, it's a magazine which features NND users from the VOCALOID section, like utaite 歌い手 and Vocaloid producers (VocaloP). And I think the previous issue (3 or 4?) featured DANCEROID as well. Oh, and Merochin was featured in this issue. Though I haven't seen other yattemita users featured except utaite and odorite 踊り手. It's mainly just interviews and small-scale photoshoot sessions with the various users. Interviews actually reveal some about the utaite/odorite's character, if the transcript actually keeps true to what they actually said during the interview. Dasoku actually slipped from using "boku" to "ore" sometimes during the interview, lol. (suchagoodlookingkaishainomg)
ANYWAY!
I've been really addicted, okay, not addicted, but the tune just keeps playing in my head, to Ophelia (by Nem) and root5's Mikazuki Hime. These two songs just randomly start playing in my head, I'm not kidding lol. Unfortunately, Ophelia is CD-only, and I don't wanna download it, so I've been using YT to listen to it lol. Ophelia basically has two(?) versions: Dasoku and Mi-chan. Dasoku's ver is in the 4x4 (four by four) collaboration CD that was released last year Jan. Mi-chan's ver is in Nem's album (feat various utaites) apparently called "Nem's Garden" but it's "Moratorium" in the katakana. I'm not really sure either because I only got serious in the whole VOCALOID music scene this year, lol. Even though I've been listening to Vocaloids and utaites (without even knowing they were called utaites lol) since 2007, ahaha ^^;; Oh, and it was released last year June.
Hai. And anyway, now that I'm seriously into the whole Vocalo-music scene and also because I've become somewhat of an audiophile, I've been wanting to buy CDs of the utaites I like and the producers that I like. (expensive though, lesigh). Speaking of which, on Tuesday I also went to HMV, just to look at the NND/Vocaloid section (hahaha yes, they have a shelf in the Japanese music section) and I noticed papiyon's CD BUT I didn't buy it, because I already have no money. Hahaha. Maybe some other day, since I think it will just stay there....... There aren't many people into Vocalo-music in SG to the point where they will buy CDs. But frankly, I treat the P's as pros even though technically they are amateurs, esp if they are doing producing as a hobby while having a full-time job outside. Some of their songs can be/are better that the current mainstream music selling nowadays. And anyway, I'm an audiophile, so I can tell the difference in audio quality, esp if the difference is really great, such as background music loss, beat loss, synth or something similar loss. Stuff like that. And really poor quality music is hard to listen to. They sound fuzzy-ish, and not as clear. But anyway, my main point was that CD quality music is something worth paying for. Because videos on YT/NND are compressed (most of the times anyway, because for most of the utaites, they are premium members so they don't have a limit on their file size, so they can have 356kbps audio).
Alright, enough yak. I think that whole chunk was uninteresting to read ahaha. Can't wait for AFA, hopefully can drag a friend along than going alone D: Even my other friends have their own friends to go with. And some of my friends are cosplaying so I doubt I can walk around with them much... Oh well. Going in JK wear for Sat, and gyaru style on Sun, for Marble Collection! (:
So ends this post. ByeeeLabels: 2012, life, random update, utaite talk
Happy November!! Hahaha
Starbucks has their Christmas menu up now. Now loving the Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino. I haven't tried the hot one yet.
Currently listening to a band version of LastNote's SETSUNA TRIP on NND.
Anywaaaay~
It's 1 MORE WEEK TO AFA!! YEAAAAHHH So excited for it!
Won't be cosplaying (I think I said that already??) but I'll probably go there in JK style. I was thinking maybe I could crossdress, but hahaha.... maybe. I'll be going on Satuday, catch the K stage segment, spend some money, spaz (lol) and then I'll be rushing off to church shortly after! On Sunday, I'll be going to see the Marble Collection!! Really excited for it because my favourite model will be there!
Alright~
That's all. Sorry haha I don't have much to say this time. Yeaaaah

haihai~
I haven't blogged in ages, so I thought I'd come by and say something. Lately, my life hasn't been interesting, and there hasn't been anything interesting to blog about.
Anyway, recently, I've joined some NND communities, mainly those of the utaites I really like. I started joining commus because of PIKO really, LOL. He was going to hold a Nico Nama Housou (live streaming/broadcast) and I really wanted to watch it, but it was "community-limited", so I actually deliberated for 2 days before joining the community!! Hahaha
So after that, I started joining more commus and watching the various housous the utaites host. Takes up alot of time really... ^^; sometimes the housous clash and I'm like "omg which one should I watch argh I can't timeshift either one". Yep... So it's like, I have to choose between which utaite I like better....*cough* Most housous also go on for quite also... Usually 1 hour to 2 hours. 96neko had one recently which was like 3hours. And she was playing Donkey Kong on the Wii.... LOL. It went on until 3AM, srsly (Japan time). There was one Marasy hosted in which he got a new iPhone 5 and he was playing with SIRI for one hour. That is something admirable, in my opinion. And his reactions are srsly adorable!! And his Engrish is so cute ahahahah.
I think it's the language but I really think Japanese voices are super nice! *coughvoicefetishcough* All the utaites' housous I've watched, I think their speaking voices are all really nice! Except Pokota. Okay, his voice is nice, but I don't really like his way of speech. Like, he speaks with a certain drawl and it's slightly tiring, because personally I don't like people who speak slowly.
Alright, anyway. I've gotten some sort of plan for EOY, and I'm gonna get quotations soon from various places soon and get my costume tailored. Yes, yours truly does not know how to sew. Actually I do, but I sew really really slowly and I don't know how to make clothes.
Oh, and I'm not cosplaying for AFA because I've not the time, and also, I doubt I'll be staying long during AFA because I'll head off to church in the afternoon. I think I'll be going for Day 1. Don't think I'll go for Day 2 because it's just SPHERE that I'll be going for...so. Okay, actually I'm also not really sure. I'll make a decision later.
Right. Anything else I should update on...?
Oh, if I must say this, then I'm actually quite hooked on mikitoP's latest work, Sarishi no Hara. (or Sarishinohara). I love clear's version!!
And, also Starbucks Autumn drink: Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino. I LOVE it. I drank the hot one today, and I think I prefer the ice-blended one instead.
Alrights, that all on my life right now, hahaha. I think I left out big chunks of info (from STGCC til now) but oh well~
ja ne~Labels: 2012, life, random update
Hello again!
Alright, so STGCC Day 2 = AWESOME.
I really enjoy going as cosplayer, but going a photog (like really amateur photog, but pro-er than those holding digicams and phones, lol) is also really fun!
Anyway, Day 2 was the day where PIKO has his stage segment!! Fangirl hour moment. Like seriouslyyyyy.
The first song he started off was Ama no Jaku, and I was like "OMG IT'S AMA NO JAKU OMG I LOVE HIS VERSION". I'm serious, not even saying it cus it's PIKO, but I really love the mixing and guitar in his version of Ama no Jaku.
And another time was when he started Nisoku Hokou... I literally screamed when I heard the first word. Cus I really really wanted him to perform Nisoku Hokou live! But seriously, I think I was so starstruck the entire time I can't remember anything properly. BUT I CAN REMEMBER THAT HE CHU-ED THE AUDIENCE (ie us lol) OMGGGGGG SPAZ during Nisoku Hokou.
And I think for the anime fans, he performed Sakurane. AND HE PERFORMED HIS NEW SONG "Make My Day!"! I went to read Binbougami Ga! just because I heard about it from PIKO. But, I don't like the manga.
He's reaaally cute, and I don't mean like "look cute", but his way of speaking!
Okay, then later had the "WALK OF FAME: PIKO" annnnddddd. Cus I already got his CD 2PIKO and it's the same one as they were selling at his booth, I could get his autograph! I also bought one CD for Natsumi cus she was cosplaying and she totally went MIA after PIKO's stage. And both CDs were signed :D Yay. Awesome.
And I was such a fangirl after that. Like seriously. Yeah. You don't even want to know, hahaha.
Okay, anyway, COSPLAY CROWD:
Day 2 cosplay crowd was lesser, and there were lesser groups, alot of duos/trios or solos. A lot of Vocaloid, and I've never seen those versions before (Like from what song etc) but Senbonzakura was really popular~
Oyea, there was Adventure Time (and Homestuck) cosplay. (Oh, and there was Korra and Amon on Day 1, and also Homestuck)
There was also Hetalia!! YAY! May the Hetalia fandom live onnnnnn haha. Last year there were a lot of Hetalia, two years back as well. It's cooling down though. NuraMago also, but I think it's because the manga is on hiatus?
Tegami Bachi guy was also back on Day 2 :P
Okay, so I didn't really buy anything on Day 2, I just went around taking photos. Ohoh, I saw this Gakupo/Kaito/Len trio that looked super cool (yes they were in uniform) but they were so cool I got intimidated. Plus they were "booked" by a photog who was giving them instructions (??). Yeahhh.
Okay la~ STGCC is pretty awesome, but I'm not really a regular. I didn't go to last year's event. But I catch every year of AFA lol. Sorry m(_ _)m
well~ I guess it's been a really great an awesome weekend ^^ tomorrow I'm going to karaoke with some friends from church! wkwk xD
Byebyee~Labels: 2012, cosplay, life, stgcc
Hello!
Went for STGCC Day 1 in cosplay.
It's late now, so I shall update this post tomorrow, along with a STGCC Day 2 post!
UPDATE :D
Hello, I'm back!
Anyway, one sentence to describe Day 1: PHOTOG WALLS EVERYWHERE
I don't know if it's because we're a group (w/ guns or something) or if the series is really that popular, but there were damn alot of photogs. It's like crazzzyyyyy.
And my arms got so suan because blazer + posing with shooting pose + try to look like you still have your neck and shoulders = pressing down my shoulders while extending my neck and having my arms as straight as possible. Um yeah.
And also, I bought lao hua yan glasses from Daiso because my character wears specs BUT I couldn't remove the lenses. And the glasses were +3.00 degrees. I couldn't SEE ANYTHING IT WAS LIKE BLUR EVERYWHERE. Couple that with flashes going off every second...
BUT.
It was fun, really fun. (:
The first part of STGCC Day 1 was really just posing for photographs and all that. Until around 3-4pm, Yuki had to go off, so after that we had our own activities~ Nanami went to find her friends I think, then I hanged around with Suzume and Natsumi~
I gave two tries for the Ichiban Kuji by BonJAPAN; 1 for Sentimental Circus, the other for Rilakkuma/ko-Rilakkuma. I got a tumbler for SentiCircus and a glass(as in cup) set for Rila, and it is the marine series! :D I don't think STGCC period was a lucky period for me...haha
Anyway, I went to Artist Alley after, and for me, most of the artists weren't the kind I like. But there was this booth selling keychains/phone straps/badges and they were really creative with the keychains/straps! And the drawings were really cute and adorableeee~ SO, I bought two sets of keychains:
1. Ao no Exorcist (8 chara + 2 mini phone straps) $15
2. Nurarihyon no Mago (6 chara + 1 mini phone strap) $12
Total is $27, so I got a freebie~ a badge of their OC :3
Rights. Cosplay crowd for Day1:
AWESOME LIKE HELL. (Actually I don't know why people use "hell"; I mean it's not an awesome place? :x)
Let's see, alot of doubles/same chara, but there were a lot of cosplayers on Day1
NuraMago, CCS, Ciel (and Sebas only on Day 2 lol; Day 1 all female Ciels), Vocaloid, as usual, and......... okay I can't remember. Oh, but I remember one Tegami Bachi cosplayer! OH AND TWO FREAKING SHUAI DAI COSPLAYERS OK I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY COS-ING BUT OMFG LIKE SHUAI DAO BAO. I'm sorry, I have a thing for guys in uniform, even though one of them might be a girl. *coughs*
I think that's all for Day 1. Not much action, but spent my time shopping, trololol.Labels: 2012, cosplay, life, stgcc
Hello hello!
Alrights! To start off, I'll be going to STGCC (both days) with some girls from KC and a few of us will be cosplaying for Day 1!
We're going to cosplay Basket Army (Busou Chuugakusei; 武装中学生) ^^
Need to do a cosplay test soon...
Anywaaaaay, I was just planning to go for Day 1 just for the cosplay, but then I found out that PIKO will be down for the second day! *cries* So I went ahead and bought 2-day ticket to STGCC after that....Sigh. Usually I only go for 1 day of events (Sat), because my Sunday is quite "small". I have weekly commitments in the morning til 1PM and later in the evening I have weekly family dinner.... So actually I only have like 5hours of free time, but I need to factor in travelling to and from the event so that's like only 3 hours of event time. Sigh.
Actually I used to go for the Sunday part of events, until my weekly Sunday commitments set in. Because! I have, once again, weekly commitments on Saturday afternoons from 4PM. Haiiz......... *sadlife* LOL no, actually I do quite enjoy the activities I've given my weekends to.
Okay, anyway, KC School Party is 2 weeks away! Yay yay~
Our event page on FB!
I'm neck-high with a lot of things I have to settle but have not started so I really have to chiong ah! Ganbarimasu!

Lyrics from YUZU's Umaku Ienai.
Anyway, I just got a new phone yesterday!! :D Very happy kekeke.
I wanted to get a smartphone ever since KC started then got alot of stuff to handle online also and then plus I got work then very hard to use computer. Ya.
Okay, anyway, a little update on my week(s)! Work finally cooled down because our full-timer who went on vacation back home in China returned! So I don't have to go down everyday and for so long....although that means more moneyy heehee. But I really gotta take a break la haha.
I bought two new pairs of shorts at Cotton On after work ended today (cus it was 2 for $30 hahaha). And I really needed a new pair of black shorts because the only pair I have is fading at the seams. I think maybe I can try to do something new to it, but for now, it looks old. But it's like really popular and there's only 34 or 40. Rather than wear 1 size smaller, I'd rather get 1/2 sizes bigger (Cus I can wear 36 or 38). And I also wanna get their high-rise shorts! Mmf. I don't really like high-waisted stuff much but it's a need (HAHAHA okay I bet you don't believe me) because it looks nice when paired with certain stuff.
Oya ohya! I watched f(x) performance for Electric Shock (can't remember which) and Krystal was wearing this oversized t-shirt with fringed sleeves and cut-out shoulders! I think I wanna buy a shirt and do the same thing too!! Cus it looks nice :p
LSBC NETS Carnival is this Sat! And dress code is RED top. OMG why. OTL I have no red tops, at all. Yes exceptandelmoteeiboughtinsec2cusitwassellinginblogshopscoughcough
Of course, it might appeal to kids, I mean, it's ELMO~ so yeah. But I want to wear it with high-waisted bottoms. Because it's short.
Okay, enough crapping. The light in my room is dying. Like literally. Need to get the bulb changed.Labels: 2012
Yoyo,
Church camp was from 13-16 June 2012 and yes, I've finally just got my lazy butt off to blog and upload the photos/videos from the camp!
Alright!
I've never been to Malacca before so it was really quite interesting there. Okay, I was pretty much confined to the perimeter around our hotel (Hotel Equatorial Malacca) because we don't really have a lot of time to walk around and explore so I can't say I've seen much of Malacca. We also went to Jonker Street as a zone on Friday night! It was fun, but really very humid because of the crowd. Kept bumping into fellow church members! And also fellow Singaporeans.
Anyway, photos all on FB. Took very very little photos. I also managed to edit the videos we took and uploaded them too! Getting the hang of iMovie now. (I'm still stuck with the old version. The new/current one is really different and I got such a shock when I first opened it)
For the camp, we had a guest speaker. He really talks a lot @A@. Okay.
I also did a lot of shopping during the camp hoho. Bought a lot of nice stuff kekeke I think I was one of those who shopped the most out of our zone :p
The shopping centre near our hotel had Chatime! And it was really cheap compared to Singapore! So I really bought a lot of bubble tea during our stay in Malacca. Bubble tea addict lol.
Okay. Yup learnt a lot during the camp and also was prayed for and given a prophetic word. I think my life is full of problems lol, but it's alright God will lead me through!
(Watching BOYFRIEND's Love Style now, yes while blogging, and omg Minwoo is so cute)
Here's a photo of A&W waffles to end this post! :D I love A&W; why did they have to leave SG ):Labels: 2012, camp, Church
